Nutrition coaching is not just going on a diet

With my Nutrition Coaching program, you wont be given a meal plan and told to stick to it. Nutrition coaching is not a diet. It’s about learning things to help you meet your wellness goals, and having the accountability to make it happen. In your first session we will focus on some foods that you should start eating, or continue eating – not about the foods you should stop eating (although you’ll learn about the “stop eating” items in future sessions, too). Nutrition coaching is about slow and steady progress. It is not about making drastic changes that are not sustainable.
