Why knowing your wellness score is important

After studying holistic nutrition through AFPA, I developed this quiz to help new clients and the people I love understand their overall health and wellness. While this is not a comprehensive test, it should provide a good look into your wellness. I personally have been on a journey to constantly try to improve my overall health and wellness and want to share as many of the tips and tricks as I can. One note on the seven categories of wellness: “Cultural Wellness” is considered one of the categories but I have folded cultural questions into some of the other categories to help streamline the quiz and make it more user friendly. You can read more of my nutrition related writing here if you want to learn more. I hope you enjoy learning your wellness score and taking this quiz.
